Test Manager

Candidate should have Experience of Selenium and Appium Knowledge of test strategy , test planning, Reporting. Experience in managing manual and automation team of 10 people. Should have knowledge of automation project handling. Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery Key Driver of the Test Improvement Initiatives Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas Setup complete Test Management Process and Framework Interaction with the Bank Team on Project Risks Concerns and resolution of issues Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager. Ensure compliance with the client and QK processes. Consolidate and report metrics for project activities. Prepare Business Case and Present Report
