T24 Temenos Test Manager - (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test schedules for T24 banking system projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, product owners, developers) to gather requirements and define testing scope.
• Test Execution & Management:
• Manage and execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing on T24 applications.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, ensuring they cover all business and technical requirements.
• Test Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of testers and quality assurance professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and training.
• Ensure that testing activities are carried out according to industry best practices and project standards.
• Automation & Tools:
• Advocate for and implement test automation where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Utilize T24 testing tools and other relevant testing frameworks (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail) to manage test cases, defects, and test execution.
