Test Engineer

Software Tester - Automation, Performance, and Security Location: Baner, Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Tester with expertise in automation, performance, and security testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring software quality and reliability, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Identify and implement opportunities for automation within the testing process. Performance Testing: Design and execute performance test plans and scenarios using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and performance issues. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance. General Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Report, track, and verify defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (12 + 4) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automation, performance. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
