Role & responsibilities :-

• Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Manage test teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL Queries
• Basic knowledge of automation & scripts and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
