Test Lead

Manage back-office operations using TCS BaNCS for Capital Markets, including trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and reporting. Oversee settlement processes for securities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of trades in line with market standards. Manage risk operations, including margin calculations, collateral management, and exposure monitoring. Facilitate account opening operations and ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements. Configure and maintain the TCS BaNCS system to meet business requirements and industry standards. Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless and error-free transactions. Collaborate with different departments - IT, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and address operational requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices in all back-office processes. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for process improvement and decision-making. Provide training and support to team members on TCS BaNCS functionalities and back-office workflows.
