Senior Test Engineer

Understanding IVR workflows and call flow designs (DTMF, voice recognition). Knowledge of IVR integration with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). Testing IVR integrations with databases and third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways). Deep understanding of customer service operations and telephony systems. Exposure to industry-specific IVR use cases (e.g., banking, healthcare, or e-commerce) Experience with manual testing of IVR menus, call routing, and call flow logic. Validating call recordings and agent routing based on inputs. Proficiency in defect logging, tracking, and prioritization. Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. Basic understanding of CRM and contact-center integrations. Collaboration with voice engineers, developers, and business analysts. Experience in cloud-based platforms in Genesys.
