Test Lead

Test Lead Domain experience: Mobile Banking. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the QA team to achieve project goals. Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team deliverables are met within deadlines. Manual Testing: Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes. Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices. Proactively identify and address gaps in testing processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues. Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Documentation: Prepare and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect logs. Ensure all testing artifacts are well-documented and stored. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proficient in manual testing methodologies and techniques. Experience with test management tools Jira, Xray, excel etc. Experience in Mobile Banking Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading QA teams in a dynamic environment. Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: 6+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is mandatory
