Coordination with multiple stake holders and vendors for fixes. JIRA Management. Addressing emails & Follow-up. Arranging calls within teams to align on progress or blockers. Testing team activities monitoring and support. Highlighting foreseen challenges. Updates to the TCoE Management. Coordination with peers and should be available in Mobile, MS teams. Adhering as per UAE time and Holiday calendar. Preparation of DSR, WSR reports. Getting clarification of functionalities & follow up for Signoffs."
