Job Description

Position Statement / Purpose:
Service Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that department meets the required quality standard and achieve targeted SLA for all clients. This role shall drive through helpful coordination with TL, SME and Automation Team.
Key Result Areas:
  • Delivering the results on daily basis for critical + non critical clients as per SLA
  • Should be able to provide process, product and domain Knowledge as required in the project
  • Should possess Problem Solving Skills
  • Should work under pressure
  • Skills with Smart and Quick Thinking with Good Pace
  • Delivering 100% as per SLA and SOP as per allocated tasks
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Service Quality of the floor.
  • Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external stake holders.
  • Motivate and inspire team members, so that they can deliver beyond all constraints
  • SLA of critical clients:
  • Need to achieve SLA 95% and above for critical clients
  • Knowledge management:
  • Good communicator between engineers and cross functional teams.
  • Should be able to listen and work with the ground force.
  • Problem Solving Skills:
  • Should be able to analyse the issue and suggest solutions and follow up till closure.
  • Should work under pressure:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and pressure environment
  • Multitasking:
  • Job demands multi-tasking with good Analytical, Logical Reasoning Skills with Smart and quick thinking, Adverto mapping.
  • Should be able to assist in Resolving Page fails, Open issues, ID issues
Key Performance Measures and KPIs:
  1. Improving SLA
  2. Reducing PF
    1. Decreasing ID cases
    2. Reducing ticket per minute count
    3. Accuracy and Completeness
    4. Effective Communication with internal and external stake holders
Organizational Process Adherence
  1. Timely Applying leaves
  2. Maintaining office decorum
  3. Following code of conduct policy
Skills Enablement
  1. Refresher Sessions
  2. Learning & Development certifications
  3. Attending Enhancement Session by learning & development team
  4. Attending Learning & development sessions organized by the team
Key Decision Pointers (capture any decision-making authority, if any):
  1. Analysis of error captured by automation
Mandated Certifications in the role :
  1. Certification courses related to domain & process

Overall Background requirement:
  • Education:
  • Graduates BE/B Tech (IT, Computer Science, EXTC), BSc/MSc (IT)/MCA or equivalent
  • Work Experience:
  • 9 months to 1+ year of experience
  • Technical
    1. Knowledge mobile browser testing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of monitoring
  • Domain knowledge - BFSI/ Ecommerce/ Automotive/ Payment Wallets etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving desired Service Quality/Client SLAs
  • Technical knowledge: Java, Python
  • Behavioural/Soft Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Punctuality
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Willingness to reskill/upskill
