Job Description
- Senior Test Engineer with 4+ experience in the Salesforce Loan Origination System (LOS) domain
- This role will involve taking a leadership role in test strategy development, execution, and oversight for complex LOS projects, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and the highest quality of product delivery
- The Senior Test Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior testers, while driving continuous improvement of testing processes and automation strategies
- Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy Design: Lead the development of comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Loan Origination Systems, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements
- Leadership Mentoring: Mentor junior test engineers and lead testing efforts across multiple teams, ensuring consistency in test practices and standards
- Test Execution Coordination: Oversee and execute manual and automated tests across various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- UAT Support: Guide and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with business teams to ensure the delivered product meets end-user requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in the LOS Domain: 5+ years of experience in testing Loan Origination Systems (eg, mortgage, auto loans, personal loans, or similar financial products)
- Deep Understanding of LOS Workflows: Expertise in loan processing, underwriting, credit decisioning, and document generation
- Test Automation Leadership: Proven experience in developing and leading test automation strategies using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks
- Manual Testing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies for LOS applications, with a focus on functional and regression testing
