Senior Test Engineer

1) Candidate should have 2 to 4 years overall Project Management experience and should have experience in PMO role. Candidate should have deep knowledge of Project Management. 2) Candidate having experience with Quest and People strong will be preferred. Should be able to easily extract Reports, create MIS, Analytics and Resource and Open opportunities, RRFs, Timesheet and other critical reports from Quest and People Strong. 3) Candidate will have to maintain Project wise repository of SOW, PO s, Milestones etc. for Strategic Key accounts and other accounts as assigned. 4) Ensure project documentation, artefacts, project plans, test cases, test plan, testing strategy and other project deliverables are updated in Knowledge Management Portal from time to time. 5) Candidate should have cross functional experience by working with various Project Key Stakeholders internal and external- Sales, Pre-Sales, Project Delivery teams, HR, RMG, Finance, Test Manager, Delivery Managers, TL and follow up regular and timely basis to ensure. Timely Project Renewals updated in Quest. Tracking Timesheet submissions and approvals from Manager, DMs, Clients as per timesheet policy Resource Allocations and Deallocations, Extension tracking, Project renewals, PO funding in Quest. Raising RRFs for new and renewals. RRFs for replacement. Tag RRFs to projects in Quest. Completion of workflows for eligible opportunities in Quest. Tracking Internal QK Mandated Trainings and maintain repository updates such as Case study, Knowledge base updates, KM and KPI Portal updates. Resource Fulfilment for New/ resigned positions on projects Assist Delivery Manager for Onboarding New resources in Projects. Track Rotations. Quest tool maintenance for seamless and timely updates related to - Project Funding and Renewals, FL maintenance, tracking margins for T n M Opportunities, RRFs resource fulfilments - new, rotations and non-billable Resource allocations and deallocations in Quest
