Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing: Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing. Prepare detailed and comprehensive test cases and test plans based on requirements. Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools. Automation Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts for API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze and optimize automated test cases to improve efficiency and coverage. API Testing: Test RESTful APIs, ensuring proper data flow and response validation. Validate API performance, security, and reliability under different scenarios. Use tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar for API validation. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliverables. Communicate testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
