Test Lead

Require Test Lead with Domain Knowledge and experience in Wealth management. Experience and knowledge of API testing. Key Deliverables (Key Result Areas): Design test cases Test Execution Tracking and Reporting Defects Documentation and Knowledge Management Knowledge on Test management tools , X-Ray, Jira , Confluence etc. Key Responsibilities (Job Description): Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement. Understand BRD/FSD or user stories (software requirements) Design test scenarios and test cases in standard format including requirement traceability matrix to ensure complete coverage of requirements. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Participate in defect triage calls to explain defects raised by tester to development team. Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to test lead or stakeholders effectively. Update test execution results on timely basis in test management tool. Ensure to complete daily task allocation to achieve planned productivity. Document test procedures, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies and tools. Testing KPIs to be adhered by tester. Complete internal trainings as mandated by organization or client.
