Hiring Criteria

Strong Chief of Staff / Founder's Office / Management Consulting profile

Mandatory (Experience) - Either 1+ YOE in Founder's office at an early stage startup (Series A, B Funded)

Preferred (Education) - Undergraduate form Tier 1 Colleges (Eg- IIT).

ctc upto 25 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Founder's Office. This role will report directly to the founder and will involve handling a wide range of responsibilities across various functions within the company. A street-smart, natural reader and a hustler is what we are looking for precisely.

- Strategic Support: Assist the founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Help identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Project Management: Coordinate and track various projects across different departments. Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with team members to drive projects forward efficiently.

- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications. Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization.

- Operations Support: Assist in optimizing internal processes and workflows. Help manage vendor relationships and contracts.

- Special Projects: Take on ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by the founder. Provide support for key company events, conferences, and presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

- Either a graduate from a Tier 1 institute who has been in leadership positions in college clubs/events. OR

- Associate/senior associate in a top consultancy firm. OR

- Currently a Founder's office at an early stage startup.
