Quality Manager (3W)

• Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) candidates with experience in maintaining quality standards, review products / processes & systems to determine improvements
• Oversee manufacturing process to ensure quality thereby improve reliability of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS):

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Supplier Quality Management:

• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality standards.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Training and Development:

• Provide training to employees on quality policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the skills of the quality team.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address quality-related customer concerns.
