JOB DETAIL

Head QA function -

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a part of the management team he should participate in establishing Organization policies and operating procedures for the company in line with various standards like ISO 9001:2015
• Guide & drive Quality team to meet KPI targets.
• Handle Incoming inspection, Process inspection, Final inspection. Report rejections & fix improvement targets.
• Drive Process improvements , communicate customer regarding complaints , closure of audit findings
• Guide team of Engineers on Quality.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Graduation in Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineer
• Handled QA head function in similar industry
• Experience of minimum 20+ years in similar task

JOB SKILLS

• Good knowledge on machining process , powder coating , fabrication and High level assembly
  • Proactive and able to act on own initiative
  • Able to use quality data base for driving improvement program
  • Excellent communication skills
