About The Role :
Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering
Experienced in Life Cycle Assessment, Environmental Product Declarations, Reporting Standards, as well Sustainability Design EngineeringBackground of Consulting is preferred but not required
Experience in Global Stakeholder Management
Good Problem Solving and Communication Skills
Work with the global teams to understand the goals of the company and how the team and individuals can support
Build relations with Kohlers global manufacturing operations and sites including (but not limited to) vitreous, cast iron, plastics, vikrell, stainless steel, brass, FRP, glass, composites.
Develop energy, water, and material flow balances, concentrating on primary material sets used in the above operations
Activities can include but are not limited to data analysis, analysis methodology improvement projects, software improvement projects, design for manufacturer studies, creating or modifying tool designs, BOM, processing cause and corrective actions for non-conformances, maintaining production work instructions, supplier management, and component or integrated systems test.
Support external teams to be proactive on Sustainability Goals for Kohler
Support Kohler Sustainability Goals related to Design for Environment (DfE) and Positive by Design (PbD).
