What will you drive?
Call Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Listen to and evaluate calls made by Retail Associates (RAs) to ensure adherence to CARS24's quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assess the accuracy and relevance of the information provided by RAs during the calls.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, including legal and ethical standards.

Feedback and Reporting:

• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to RAs based on call evaluations.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on call quality, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.

Training and Development:

• Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs based on the identified needs from call evaluations.
• Participate in calibration sessions with other Quality Auditors and team leads to ensure consistency in call grading.

Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and other team members to develop strategies for continuous improvement in call quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and customer service.

Who are we looking for?

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications) is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages:
• Odia, Hindi
• Skills:
• Excellent listening and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and motivating manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using call monitoring software and other relevant tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
