Test Data Management, Synthetic Data Generation tool Expert

Must-Have Skills :

Strategic TDM Expertise :

- Proven experience in leading Test Data Management initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Expert-level proficiency in GenRocket, Synthesized tools for synthetic data creation and provisioning.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Ability to guide cross-functional teams, including automation engineers and developers, in TDM integration.

Solution Design :

- Experience in designing end-to-end TDM solutions, including data mining, masking, and versioning.

Automation Enablement :

- Knowledge of integrating TDM workflows into automation pipelines and ensuring on-demand data availability.

Regulatory Expertise :

- Deep understanding of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.

Performance Optimization :

- Expertise in optimizing TDM workflows to support high performance and scalability.

Database Skills :

- Ability to interact with databases using SQL or NoSQL for test data setup and validation.

Database Platforms :

- Oracle, SQLServer, PostgreSQL

Cloud Knowledge :

- Understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying automation solutions on cloud platforms.

Tool Evaluation & Onboarding :

- Experience in evaluating, selecting, and onboarding TDM tools for streamlined provisioning and efficiency.

Must Haves :

1) TDM - Masking

2) TDM - Synthetic Data Generation

3) GenRocket Tool

- GenRocket Tool is preferred but Sythesized and TONIC also can be considered

Good to Have :

1) Python
