Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of full stack developers in Agile/Scrum environment
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
Drive the software development process from planning, design, and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance
Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Work closely with the US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision
Perform people management, provide mentorship to development team and encourage the culture of continuous learning

Key Skills: Microsoft technologies C#, .NET, MVC, SQL Server, .NET Entity Framework, Microservices, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular, AWS Cloud Services

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment
Extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS 3.0
Experience in AWS Cloud services
Sound knowledge of database management systems, with hands-on experience in SQL Server
Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies and tools
Familiarity with additional infrastructure and services such as New Relic, SSRS & Microservices Architecture
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
