Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our hiring goals while maintaining a positive employer brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing Outreach:

• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening Evaluation:

• Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person meetings with candidates at different hiring stages.
• Utilize skill assessment tools and tests to evaluate candidates effectively.

Candidate Engagement Experience:

• Manage all candidate communications from application to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical knowledge: Understand the IT technical requirements of the job.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (4-6 years preferred).
• Good to have: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in organizing and participating in hiring events (recruitment drives) is a plus.

Shift Time:- 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST
