Program Criteria:

A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience (not open to new graduates).

Currently on a career break of at least one year.

Aiming to join Qualcomm full-time.

Minimum Qualifications:
"¢ Bachelor's degree.

OR
2+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor"™s degree.
Responsibilities:"¢ Lead and manage Cyber Security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met."¢ Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, aligning with organizational goals."¢ Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different geographies to achieve project milestones and objectives."¢ Monitor project progress rigorously, track milestones, manage changes proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all components."¢ Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and regularly to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment."¢ Identify and mitigate project risks by developing mitigation strategies and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact."¢ Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed, and provide detailed project reports."¢ Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are within scope and managed efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge:"¢ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey information both verbally and in writing."¢ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams."¢ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines."¢ Proven expertise in effectively managing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles."¢ Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments."¢ Proficiency in Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and JIRA."¢ Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Certification preferred)."¢ Understanding of cyber security best practices, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
'"¢ Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in IT with at least 7 years of experience in Project Management."¢ Broad experience in leading IT Infrastructure projects with some experience in Cyber Security projects."¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
