Accounts Receivable Specialist

Experience Required: 7+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies in the US healthcare domain.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims to reduce aging accounts.
• Resolve issues related to claim denials, underpayments, and rejections through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Work as part of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process to optimize collections.

Mandatory Skills:

• AR Caller Expertise: Prior experience in AR calling and handling follow-ups.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle process.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with US-based insurance providers effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any graduate.
• Experience: 7 to 18 months in AR calling or follow-up in the US healthcare domain.
• Mandatory: Provident Fund (PF) eligibility.
