General Summary:

Title:GAOC Accountant Associate

Role: Presentation Design Expert

Experience:2- 4 years in similar role

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Who Youll Work With:As a Presentation Design Expert, you will work closely with Team of visual design experts enabling the Finance organizations ability to efficiently create impactful messaging and content.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Masters = one year) of work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Engagement: Engage with Finance leadership in creating high-quality presentations, ensuring timely delivery and effectively communicating messages in a variety of mediums:email, Power Point, word /pdf, Web.

Automation and Efficiency: Develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft tools, such as PowerPoint to streamline presentation creation, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.

Knowledge Development: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in presentation automation, AI, and RPA, applying this knowledge to continuously improve presentation processes and learning paths.

Learning Path Development:Design and deliver learning paths to bridge skill gaps in core PowerPoint skills, data visualization, and presentation design, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to create effective presentations.

Generative AI and RPA: Leverage generative AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate PowerPoint creation processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing efficiency.

Adobe Tools Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Adobe tools to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.

Best Practices and Standards: Establish and maintain best practices and standards for presentation design, data visualization, and automation, ensuring consistency and quality across all presentations.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership, management, and other stakeholders to understand their presentation needs, provide guidance on effective presentation design, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in any field with strong sense in Visual design

Microsoft Expertise: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Email/Web

Automation and RPA: Experience with automation tools, such as RPA, and generative AI.Learning and Development:Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in designing learning paths.

Adobe Tools Expertise: Knowledge/Proficiency in Adobe tools, such as Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership, management, and other stakeholders.

Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
