We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Leasing head to join our team and lead the leasing strategy for an exciting new mall in Mumbai! This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the retail landscape of a premium retail destination.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and execute retail leasing strategies to attract high-performing brands.
🔹 Lead negotiations, ensure optimal lease terms, and manage tenant relationships.
🔹 Conduct market research and prepare regular leasing reports for senior management.
🔹 Oversee the tenant onboarding process, ensuring seamless execution and positive relationships.
🔹 Lead a team to meet leasing targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications: ✔️ 10-15 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate development. ✔️ Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
