Manager Regulatory Affair- Food

Role & responsibilities

• Planning & execution of new product development, Labelling including Review, Research Formats, Ingredients/ Nutritional Fact, Claims etc.
• Be updated and possess sound knowledge of various Food regulations and Orders for Labelling compliance.
• Independently handle specific projects from concept to launch. Well versed with Indian Food regulations ie. P.F.A ,Weights & measures, BIS,F.P.O,MMPO, FSSAI and art work text matter approving considering all Food rules & regulations
• Developing Regulatory liaisons with key Central and State Govt. Officials to mitigate Regulatory Risks from time to time and to have firsthand knowledge of levels of implementation of Regulations whether Central or State driven. Liasioning with the authorities at all levels.

Preferred candidate profile: 6+ years of experience with Bachelors or masters degree in areas of food science, food technology, agriculture, nutritional science or life sciences
