Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage payroll, compliance, and HRMS implementation
• Handle performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Ensure labor law compliance, HR audits, and policy updates

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree (PG in HR preferred)
✅ 4-7 years of HR operations & compliance experience
✅ Proficiency in HRMS & MS Office (Excel)
