Job Description
The SQA Engineer will work with an experienced team of software, firmware and hardware engineers to develop our Q-SYS platform. Q-SYS is a fast growing, award winning, software and hardware platform built on cutting-edge audio, video and control products.
Responsibilities: - Develop automation scripts, automated test.
- Develop software test cases and troubleshoot problems.
- Execute end-to-end test cases.
- Participate in software development process. Report issues in the defect tracking system.
- Ownership of lab infrastructure and help lead engineers on various projects as assigned.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Work with Globally distributed teams in a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Requires a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Excellent communication and organization skills required to interact with internal company contacts and customers.
- Knowledge in agile development / iterative development methodology (SCRUM).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge in audio systems, video systems, meeting room solutions or network equipment is highly desirable.
