Lead - Content Marketer (3-9 yrs)

You will be our first content hire. We are looking for someone who can build this function up from scratch. You should have the vision to think long term strategies while also creating high quality, original content.

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement long form content strategy (blog, newsletter, whitepapers etc.) in line with our business objectives

- Create content calendars

- Work on building and implementing a distinctive Brand Voice

Content Creation and Curation:

- Write high-quality, original content that stands out in an AI-saturated market with multi-channel distribution

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, conduct surveys, interview users to create in-depth, valuable content for our target audience

- Integrate AI tools into the content creation process (for speed) while ensuring quality and brand voice consistency

Team Management:

- Manage freelancers / interns and build in-house content creation team

- Review all content and make everything we publish maintains a high quality standard

AI Integration and Optimization:

- Leverage AI tools to enhance content ideation, research, and production processes

- Stay updated on AI advancements in content creation and implement relevant tools and techniques

- Develop AI-assisted workflows that maintain content quality and brand voice
