Position Summary
Assistant manager Taxation and AR will be responsible for managing day to day financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will work with the senior management team to provide financial insight and support for strategic decision making
Responsibilities will include:
Resolution of queries relating to DSIR
2. Submission of taxation working file/tax records with tax consultant for filing of statutory returns within due timelines
3. Preparing financial statements, reports, for the business to ensure financial stability
4. Drafting income statements, balance sheet tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities
5. Compiling financial reports and supervising month end processes.
6. Managing and monitoring KPI tracking, and reports for the team.
7. Support financial planning by forecasting cash
8. Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with accounting department s goal
9. Resolving missed/wrong entries, updating financial records and effectively supervising staff engaged in similar activities
10. Meet accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews
