\ Job Summary:The Cluster Head for Retail Pharmacy will oversee the operations of multiple pharmacy outlets within the assigned cluster, focusing on Chennai North, Madurai, and Erode. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, achievement of sales targets, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in retail pharmacy operations and a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.\ \

\ Key Responsibilities:\ \

\ \ Operational Management:\ \ \

\ Oversee day-to-day operations across pharmacy outlets in Chennai North, Madurai, and Erode.\ \

\ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.\ \
\

\ Monitor inventory levels, optimize procurement, and reduce wastage or stockouts.\ \
\

\ \ Team Leadership:\ \ \

\ Lead, train, and support store managers and pharmacy staff across locations.\ \

\
\ Conduct regular team reviews and performance appraisals.\ \
\
\
\ Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.\ \
\

\ \ Sales and Revenue Management:\ \ \

\ Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals for the cluster.\ \

\ Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities and drive market penetration.\ \

\ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.\ \
\

\ Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service at all outlets.\ \

\ Ensure all outlets meet statutory pharmacy requirements, including prescription management and drug storage standards.\ \

\ Prepare and present reports on sales, inventory, compliance, and team performance.\ \

\ Utilize data analytics to inform operational improvements.\ \
