The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships with institutional clients, and overseeing a team of sales and support professionals
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by enrolling new partners (Brokers)
Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
Build, Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
Achieve revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing client growth
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Adjust business strategies as needed to optimize revenue growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development in the financial services industry
