Job Description: Technical Business Analyst.

Location : Base Chennai and Flexible to travel and work in Villupuram as per business needs.

Experience : 6+ years in technical business analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Analysis :

- Elicit business and technical needs using standard techniques.

- Process and simplify complex requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Documentation :

- Create user stories, use cases, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).

Project Planning and Execution :

- Develop project plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks.

- Manage Agile teams, including developers, testers, and UI engineers.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on development experience with Java 8, Angular, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, REST services, and Microservices on OpenShift/AWS.

- Work with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins pipeline, Docker, and Harbour.

- Apply BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and TDD (Test-Driven Development) methodologies.

- Infrastructure and Cloud :

- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on cloud and on-premise platforms.

- Leverage monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.

Business Process Management :

- Utilize BPMN tools like IBM Blueworks for process modeling and analysis.

IAM and Cybersecurity :

- Contribute to IAM/PAM migration projects with a sound understanding of IAM and control capabilities.

API and Programming Fundamentals :

- Understand API integration, databases, and programming basics like variables, datatypes, loops, and events.

Communication and Reporting :

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

- Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.

Process Improvement :

- Analyze data, map processes, and maintain cost-efficiency.

Skills & Experience Requirements :

Experience : At least 6 years in a similar role.

Technical Knowledge : Hands-on with Java, Angular, AWS, DevOps, and Agile practices.

Methodologies : BDD, TDD, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Tools : Dynatrace, Kibana, Jenkins, Docker, GitHub.

Business Acumen : Strong understanding of IAM/PAM, API integration, and BPMN tools.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications (Any One Preferred) :
