Job Title: Cluster Head - Retail Pharmacy

Position Overview:
QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Head to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a cluster of retail pharmacy outlets in the assigned regions. The Cluster Head will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading and developing store teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Assume full responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of all assigned retail pharmacy outlets.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards across the cluster.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses and budgets for each outlet and the cluster as a whole.
- Ensure stores maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee the implementation of loss prevention measures and ensure inventory accuracy.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers and pharmacy staff within the cluster.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Oversee staffing levels and support recruitment and onboarding of new personnel.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance, increase customer footfall, and enhance profitability across the cluster.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives effectively within the cluster.
Inventory and Supply Chain:
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability across all outlets.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management, from ordering to delivery and stocking.
- Minimize stockouts and overstock situations through effective planning and management.
- Oversee the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products in accordance with regulations.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all pharmacy operations strictly adhere to relevant government regulations, pharmaceutical laws, and professional standards.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance in dispensing, storage, and customer service.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Champion a customer-centric approach across all stores in the cluster.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting and Communication:
- Generate regular reports on cluster performance, financials, and operational metrics for senior management.
- Communicate effectively with headquarters, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with Store Managers to review performance and align on objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a significant portion spent in a pharmacy or healthcare retail environment. Proven experience in managing multiple store locations is essential.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory (Spoken and Written).
