Role Overview:

1. Hands on experience as Report Development lead and Architect for reporting solution.
2. Technical project coordinator for reporting solution.
3. Custom reports and dashboards development in multiple reporting tools like: Spotfire, OBIEE, Oracle BI publisher, Windward and Oracle report builder
4. Custom reports developments in Custom PV reporting tool.
5. SQL writing and PL/SQL programming
6. Argus Safety System Application, Console, Periodic reports and Argus Safety database
7. Customization of E2B profile and E2B plus enhancements
8. Implementation of software products and tools
9. Reporting consultant for designing and development of custom reports in BI Publisher tool, designing of OBIEE RPD.

Product Development :

1. Leading team for development of report module and custom reports for Intake and Case management modules
2. Daily Scrum for report module, estimation of reports efforts
3. Designing Reporting Framework, SQL, templates design in Windward,
4. Spotfire Visualization and excel output download
5. Deal with product management team to understand the requirement and when needed, guide to transform the thought into technical capabilities.
6. Also deal with product testing team, implementation team, release management and cloud engineering team for complete SDLC of reporting module.

Leadership roles:

• Manage the adherence to Product design, development, and test as per SOP and guides, with responsibility for the quality and maintainability of the product
• Identify and resolve skill, resource and equipment deficiencies within the department.
• Responsible for suggesting and the adoption of tooling, processes, practices and raising awareness of key department initiatives
• Responsible for resource planning and allocation to support both Product and Project needs.
• Manages team development plans, including focus on skills enhancements/requirements within the development team. In additionally identifies and promotes pairing/cross training opportunities to enrich the expertise of the team and limit constraints or deficits of specific skills across their department.
• Supports the transition of product development from the product development team into release and cloud teams. This requires the coordination with validation, support, cloud, and release management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Product development team, coaching and mentoring for team members and to aid continuous staff improvement.
• Responsible for the team working with Module owners and product manager to translate the roadmap into backlog items to be managed by the product development team.
• Principal escalation points for troubleshooting critical delivery issues within their product and project Developments
• Lead and promote product development innovation to meet the changing demands of the business and emerging industry trends and standards.
• Build and maintain key relationships with other departments, which include but not limited to Release Management, Cloud, Support, and Marketing Intelligence and Expertise
• Lead on the appraisal of direct reports and support the appraisal of other staff
• Removes obstacles and roadblocks that impact the performance of the team and the delivery of business benefits and outcomes. These could be impediments acknowledged by team, escalated by others, or challenges to agility the managers observe.
• Encourages a working culture where innovative improvements to development and delivery standards and methods are identified.
• Establishes and maintains dynamic, collaborative, and cohesive working relationships with other development directors and wider team members
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of a broad range of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage with regard to HALOPV development
• Managing key internal contacts to build effective long-term relationships, whilst ensuring that the team as a whole are aware of, understand and actively engage with their counterparts in the wider business, utilising the correct SOP and guides
• Monitor project/sprint progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate project/sprint status and updates to stakeholders.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 15 Years of experience in Life Science Industry
• Solid background in PV technologies covering product or services development.
• Strong technical background in PV to manage and oversee sprints.
• Strong experience of PV Aggregate Reporting and Signal Detection
• Strong project management skills to manage and deliver projects/sprints.
• Medium strategic planning skills to align with organizational goals
• Strong communication skills to manage teams and projects/sprints.
• Medium influence and negotiation skills to manage relationships.
• Strong focus on quality assurance to manage delivery quality.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Solid hands on Experience in reporting tools like: Spotfire, OBIEE, Oracle BI publisher, Windward, Oracle report builder, Oracle Argus Safety.
