Project Analyst I

In this role, you will focus on driving process improvements, managing quality events, and delivering comprehensive training programs. What you ll be doing

Responsible for providing project/data management support services. Supports project timelines, risks, quality, cost, and/or internal negotiations and stakeholders.

• Monitors project timelines and quality; identifies potential project risks and mitigations; escalates as appropriate.

• Ensures project quality, excellence, and compliance with all policies, processes, regulations.

• Communicates proactively to internal stakeholders and drives decision-making with focus on project execution.

• Understands implication of short term strategies and long term goals to translate needs into tactical, cost effective and feasible plans and strategies.

• Manages and compiles KPIs.

What we look for

• Bachelor Degree and/or proven demonstrated Project Management skills or experience within the industry.

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a business analyst, regulatory (GXP) QA/QC or project management role, with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience).

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
