Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Drive sales through proactive outreach, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Reservations Handling: Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate bookings and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and promotional efforts.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support management decisions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales and reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
