Performance Testing with Loadrunner-Qentelli-Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer with over 4 years of experience in using the Micro Focus Load Runner suite to validate and optimize the performance of complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of web technologies, hands-on experience with cloud solutions, and expertise in various Load Runner protocols. This role requires working collaboratively in large, multi-stakeholder organizations to ensure optimal system performance across network, storage, and server infrastructures. The candidate must possess exceptional analytical skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to manage escalations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance validation and optimization using the Micro Focus Load Runner suite.
• Design and execute performance test plans, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data center network, storage, and server infrastructure teams, to resolve performance issues.
• Provide expertise in web technologies, application infrastructure, networking, and performance testing protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTML) and AJAX TruClient.
• Lead and manage virtual, cross-cultural teams in a large organization to deliver performance engineering solutions.
• Work with cloud migration projects, applying knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud solutions to ensure smooth transition and performance optimization.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate critical matters to ITS leadership as necessary, ensuring timely resolution of performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain detailed performance testing documentation and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance engineering tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
  
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Micro Focus Load Runner suite.
• 12 years of experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Prior exposure to cloud migration efforts.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Deep understanding of web technologies and application infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, storage systems, and server infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Web (HTTP/HTML) and AJAX TruClient protocols.
