Job Title : ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect with strong expertise in CMDB design, implementation, and governance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow Scripting, Integration, and CMDB best practices to drive end-to-end configuration management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions to support ITSM, ITOM, and other business needs

- Define and enforce CMDB governance, data quality, and reconciliation strategies

- Develop custom scripts, business rules, and workflows for CMDB automation

- Integrate CMDB with third-party tools such as SCCM, SolarWinds, Discovery, and ITOM

- Implement Discovery and Service Mapping to maintain accurate CMDB data

- Ensure compliance with CMDB best practices and ServiceNow recommendations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB with ITIL and ITSM processes

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for CMDB implementation from scratch.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB architecture & implementation

- Deep knowledge of CMDB data models, CI relationships, and ITIL configuration management

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.)

- Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub

- Experience integrating CMDB with third-party tools and data sources

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB (CIS-CMDB) preferred
