About the Client : Dubai based Startup B2C Fintech Product Based company.
What you will do :
User Growth & Acquisition :
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Experiment with growth hacking techniques to acquire new users efficiently.
- Manage CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key marketing metrics.
Retention & Engagement:.
- Own and optimize CRM, push notifications, email, and in-app messaging to drive user engagement.
- Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase activation, retention, and conversion rates.
- Implement gamification and referral programs to maximize viral growth.
Data-Driven Marketing:.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Netcore Smartech, and similar tools to analyze user behavior and optimize marketing efforts.
- Work closely with technology and product teams to build personalized and automated growth strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, and creatives.
Brand & Content Strategy:.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create edgy, engaging, and high-converting creatives.
- Build our presence on digital platforms with quirky, aspirational, and emotionally engaging messaging.
Partnerships & Community Growth:.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to drive co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop influencer, affiliate, and community-driven growth strategies.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our growth marketing strategy.
- This role is a confluence of acquisition, brand and product marketing.
- You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
- You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- As Marketing Manager, you will drive the growth of the consumer base in UAE and KSA.
Who you are:.
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in consumer, digital media, e-commerce or gaming marketing with an international brand covering the MENA region, India or with South Asia experience being a strong advantage.
- End-to-end experience of the marketing process from initial briefing all the way to execution.
- Perfect level of written and spoken English. (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of converting high-level business and marketing strategy into tangible, effective local marketing execution across channels.
- Data and value driven, adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set and track KPIs.
- Excellent negotiating, presentation skills.
- Portfolio of strong consumer marketing campaigns resulting in customer acquisition and business partnerships, including across traditional and digital/social platforms.
- Experience with selecting and handling external agency relationships across countries and diverse regions.
