Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning (4-6 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with roughly six years of experience in developing, deploying, and scaling traditional machine learning and deep learning models.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.

Experience working with Generative AI libraries and agentic workflows is highly desirable.

You will be instrumental in designing end-to-end data solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy robust ML and deep learning models that directly contribute to improved business outcomes.

- Continuously monitor model performance and iterate to optimize accuracy and efficiency.

- Leverage Gen-AI libraries to explore innovative data solutions and enhance product functionalities.

- Develop and experiment with agentic workflows to automate and optimize key business processes.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify key opportunities where data

insights can drive growth.

- Transform complex data sets into actionable insights, visualizations, and strategic recommendations.

- Mentored and supported junior data scientists and analysts.

- Lead projects with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of integrity and a proactive, curious mindset.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in data science, ML, and AI, and evaluate their applicability to our strategic goals.

- Experiment with emerging technologies and techniques to continuously improve our data infrastructure and processes.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of professional experience in data science or a related field, with a proven record of deploying ML and deep learning models.

- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, etc. ) and popular ML libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Demonstrated expertise in model building, evaluation, and deployment within production environments.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI libraries and agentic workflow tools is a strong plus.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

- A curious, positive attitude with high integrity.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without excessive supervision.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
