Conduct different aspects of analytics requests such as target setting, business performance analysis, social sentiment deep dive analysis
Set up and maintain dashboard reporting (PowerBI, Datorama, etc) and insight implication to key stakeholders
Manage client requests and expectations for analytics projects.
Identify opportunities to leverage analytical tools and platforms (E.g., R, SQL, VBA, Python) to achieve better efficiency / automation of the work-streams within MSU team.
Timely delivery of data analysis, reports and presentations
Preferred candidate profile
At least 2 years work experience in a business consultancy, market research or data analysis role.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with one or more of R, Python or SAS.
Experience with social listening tool (e.g. Brandwatch)
Experience with database (e.g SQL) and visualization tools (e.g. power bi, tableau, Datorama)
