Job Description
- Seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join an Agile development team
- The role involves manual test design, execution, and advanced Tosca test automation to modernize testing practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and maintain manual test plans and cases in an Agile environment
- Develop, execute, and maintain Tosca automated test scripts
- Perform web service, API, mobile, and batch testing
- Develop an overall test strategy tailored to project-specific challenges
- Conduct risk-based analysis to prioritize testing areas
- Collaborate with project teams to create meaningful functional and automated tests
- Build test cases using requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Apply varied test design techniques to create test scenarios
- Work closely with developers and business partners to improve quality outcomes
- Analyze test results to refine test cases and provide actionable data
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in both automated and manual testing. Proficiency in Tosca Test Automation. Hands-on experience with:oTest Management Tools: qTest or similar.oAPI Testing: Postman or similar tools.oSQL: Ability to create complex queries.oDocument Testing Tools.oEDI or HIPAA File Testing.oSalesforce Testing. Proficiency in common test automation frameworks and related technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Eclipse, Maven, JUnit, Jenkins). Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Experience with qTest for test case management. Familiarity with Tosca s Vision AI functionality. Knowledge of Playwright automation. Industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services. Experience with Salesforce.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.Performance Expectations: Create and execute strategies to ensure integrated quality outcomes. Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple Agile teams. Expand automation capabilities and improve testing practices.
Technology Focus: Tosca Automation. File Testing: Automate file creation to meet requirements. SQL: Use advanced queries for data validation. API Testing Tools: Proficiency with Postman or similar tools.
