Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordination of quality compliances with all depts. like Brewing / Stores / Utilities
• Follow up on CIP schedules of process equipments
• Doing all process stages lab analysis,
• Daily CCT and FG analysis
• Highlighting daily critical parameters with process team with respect to quality,
• Inspection of all incoming brewing RM as per the CIPL standard procedures and specification requirement.
• To do Calibrations of Process lab instruments,
• Safety / Hygiene & Housekeeping in the dept. & brewery,
• Maintaining the daily, weekly, Monthly Quality data in soft & hard format
• Navision (ERP) clearance on timely basis
• Organize trainings for packaging Sighter inspectors.
• Reagent Preparation and adherence Good laboratory practices
• Daily organizing and attending Monitoring Quality Target meeting with process / packaging dept. and giving necessary feedback on improvements
• Reporting deviation with respect to Process to respective concern peoples
• Responsible for adherence to COM/QCOM requirements
• Knowledge on can line operations
