Job Description
Lead and guide technology decisions for CMS frameworks, managing development teams effectively.
Establish clear technical standards and procedures to streamline project development.
Create a road map for CMS technologies- BigCommerce, Shopify, PHP, WordPress & HTML, keeping us ahead of industry trends.
Ensure projects meet process standards and communicate effectively with team, management, and clients.
Solve technical issues related to e-commerce platforms and train the team for improvement.
Identify opportunities for service enhancements and stay updated on industry trends.
Mentor teams for efficient software delivery in CMS frameworks.
Take charge of end-to-end project technical delivery, collaborating to address challenges.
Conduct security audits for CMS frameworks and propose improvements.
Assess project requirements and estimate budgets accurately.
Provide timely status reports on development needs to the project managers.
Actively Take part in Core Development. Take responsibility for a complete Project Life-cycle execution.
Follow and maintain the Organization s structured process for Agile Environment.
Skills & Requirments 5+yrs experience as a technical lead in the information technology sector.
Hands on technical knowledge in BigCommerce, Shopify, PHP, WordPress, Cascade.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership skills, with a history of leading teams to success.
Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Education BCA, B.Tech , MCA, M. tech
