Job Description
BE / Diploma / Post Graduation
with 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Responsible for day wise department activities.
- Send the Weekly safety report to Plant Manager and concerned parties.
- Supervise and regulate the tasks of the plant service team and the cleaning team.
- Monitor the plants and facilities to spot near misses non-adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), misconduct and report the same.
- Coordinate with supervisors and concerned people schedule various training sessions for the workers.
- Ensure the availability of proper PPE as per required specifications.
- Coordinate/follow up with Maintenance for maintenance related jobs that would impact safety.
