Job Responsibilities of Sustainability Executive (Textile Genesis Portal Transaction Certificate & Inventory Management)

1. Transaction Certificate (TC) Management:

• Apply for and process Transaction Certificates (TCs) for sustainable materials.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Textile Exchange and other certification standards.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing TCs, verifying authenticity before submission.
• Coordinate with suppliers, certification bodies, and internal teams for timely TC approvals.
• Track material movement from procurement to production and ensure proper documentation.

2. Inventory Management on Textile Genesis Portal:

• Maintain real-time inventory records of certified raw materials and finished goods on the Textile Genesis platform.
• Ensure traceability and transparency of sustainable materials throughout the supply chain.
• Update stock levels, material transactions, and usage details in the Textile Genesis Portal.
• Reconcile physical inventory with digital records to prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate data entry.

3. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all transactions comply with sustainability standards like GOTS, OCS, RCS, or other relevant certifications.
• Generate periodic reports on sustainability data, inventory status, and TC approvals.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Keep updated with certification body guidelines and ensure compliance with sustainability policies.
