Overview :

Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Gen AI & LLMs, proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and hands-on experience with LangChain.

Knowledge of model performance monitoring tools, a problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the training, fine-tuning, and validation of Language Models (LLMs) tailored for web applications.

- Deploy and optimize trained models to web-based inference endpoints, ensuring swift responses and high uptime.

- Continuously monitor the real-time performance of models on the web, making necessary adjustments to maintain desired accuracy.

- Stay abreast of advancements in LLMs, focusing on techniques like prompt engineering, PEFT, LORA, and SFT tailored for web contexts.

- Utilize the LangChain framework for developing applications powered by language models, ensuring seamless integration with data sources and enabling the model to interact with its environment.

- Implement and manage LangChain's modular abstractions and use-case specific chains for optimal language model application.

- Uphold strict data privacy and security standards during web-based model deployments.

- Collaborate with the Full Stack Development team to ensure smooth integration of models into web platforms.

Qualifications :

- Solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on Gen AI & LLMs suitable for web environments.

- Proficiency in prominent machine learning frameworks, notably TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Proven track record of training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs optimized for web platforms.

- Deep comprehension of advanced techniques like prompt engineering, PEFT, LORA, and SFT in web contexts.

- Hands-on expertise with the LangChain framework, including its modular abstractions and use-case specific chains for language model application.
