Vice President Sales -Cosmetic/Personal Care

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's cosmetic products.
  
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication and leadership skills.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet customer expectations.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to increase market share and brand awareness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in cosmetics, personal care, skin care, beauty, hair care, perfumes, shampoo, fragrance, cream, home care (GEL), herbal & hygiene categories.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
