Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our AI-enabled technology platform, catering to both B2B and B2C healthcare markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in US healthcare product management, with experience in customer-facing applications and a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and best practices to shape and deliver on the product roadmap consistently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our AI-enabled B2B2C platform.

- Collaborate with leadership and B2B clients to understand business needs and manage product development within tight timelines.

- Work with cross-functional teams-engineering, design, marketing, and operations-to define product requirements and priorities.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and product enhancement.

- Provide hands-on leadership in prompt engineering, hybrid design evaluation, and making critical functional design decisions to drive market-leading innovation.

- Define and track key metrics to measure product performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through user research and feedback mechanisms, ensuring the product addresses pain points effectively.

- Propose and prioritize new features and enhancements aligned with company goals and customer needs.

- Continuously improve product UI through data-driven usability insights, prioritizing empirically validated ideas.

- Create and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.

- Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases, overcoming challenges associated with remote work.

- Advocate for customer needs in all product decisions and serve as their voice in strategic planning.

- Provide mentorship to junior product team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development.

- Conduct product demos and represent Magic Health in client meetings, clearly articulating the value proposition of our platform.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's or advanced degree is preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in Product ownership & Product Development with a focus on customer-facing technology products.

- Strong knowledge of LLM and Generative AI, with the ability to make an immediate impact.

- Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing applications or platforms.

- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Power BI, and the ability to make data-driven product decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.

- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is Must.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to spot emerging trends and capitalize on market opportunities.

- A creative mindset with demonstrated success in generating and executing innovative product ideas.
